    A teacher and a student from the Academy is part of the judging panel at the Youngsters Playing Classic-final on Sunday 1 December. The competition is held by the Conciliation of Music Schools in Region Midtjylland in collaboration with the Academy and Concert Hall Aarhus. Read more (in Danish).

    The judges at the final include pianist Emil Gryesten Jensen, himself a former award winner from the Youngsters Playing Classic-competition and presently a piano student at the Academy, and clarinetist Bue Skov Thomassen who teaches clarinet at the Academy.

    There are 17 soloists and 4 ensembles of young musicians between 10 and 20 years at the final concert in the Small Hall on Sunday 1 December at 13 to 17 h. Admission is free for those under 18, adults pay 50 DKKR.
