• Academy composers at PULSAR

    11th of March 2016 · tags:

A number of students from the Academy’s composition class are again this year invited to participate at the PULSAR festival, which takes place in Copenhagen 9-18 March. PULSAR is the Royal Danish Academy of Music's annual festival for contemporary music by young composition students and guest composers from home and abroad.

As in previous years, the composers from the Academy have their own concert in Litteraturhaus at Nørrebro, with a colorful program that includes both electronic, instrumental as mixed works. The concert is 16 March 8:00 pm, with free admission.

Participating Academy composers are: Eric Sutherland, Loïc Destremau, Lasse D. Hansen, Mette Nielsen, Allan Gravgaard Madsen, Klavs Kehlet Hansen and Óscar Escudero. A number of other Academy students participate as musicians.
