Admission

The Academy accepts approx. 80-90 students every year, including exchange students. To be accepted, students must take an entrance exam that is described in entry requirements.

Coordinated Entry Examinations

Entry exams for a range of undergraduate programs at Danish music academies are coordinated. This means that you are able to apply for studies simultaneously in several music academies in a prioritized order.

Tuition fees will be charged from students from non-EU/EEA countries. Read more.

Application

Online applications at the Academy are accepted via: 

musikuddannelser.dk

Applications are open from medio October.

Deadline for Bachelor and Master: December 1 at noon. 
Deadline for soloist: February 1 at noon.
Deadline for NOMAZZ and GLOMAS: March 1 at noon.
Deadline ordinary educations for non-EU/EEA-applicants: April 1 at noon.

If this is a saturday, sunday or holiday the deadline is the firstcoming day at noon.

Entry exams are typically scheduled in January, NOMAZZ/GLOMAS in April and for soloist in May.

You may expect the final answer to your application for admission for either undergraduate or graduate studies in the middle of March and Soloist in June.
